In case you have gone through the download process and cannot locate or open your documents, there is no need to worry! Simply login and you can then select to send to your email any document that you have downloaded over the last seven (7) days.

If you wish to edit your account details (Change your email address, update your phone number) or you want view your download history, confirm your account balance or send us a message. Login to self-care and you can access all these services online!
